Jerk Shrimp Recipes

 

Jerk Shrimp Tacos with Pineapple Salsa

Course Main Course

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Medium Shrimp Peeled and Deveined
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Minced
  • 3 stalks Scallion Chopped
  • 2 tsp Thyme Fresh
  • 3 tbsp Hill's Jamaican Jerk Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp Fresh Ginger Minced
  • 1/2 cup White Wine
  • 6 Cherry Tomatoes Halves
  • Salt & Fresh Ground Pepper to Taste
  • 4 Tortilla Wrap
  • 1 Avacado Optional

Instructions

  1. In a bowl rinse shrimp then dry with paper towel. Heat butter in a frying pan then add Hill's Jamaican Jerk Sauce, scallion, thyme, tomatoes and garlic cooking for about 30 seconds. Add shrimp stirring constantly until covered in the sauce, squeeze in lime juice, stir in Worcestershire then add wine and allow to cook for another 3 minutes. Heat tortillas wrap in a non-stick frying pan on each sides. Add Pineapple Salsa, avocado, 4-5 shrimp and drizzle cilantro lime sour cream

  2. Cilantro Lime Sour Cream

    ¼ cup sour cream

    3 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

    ¼ tsp cumin

    Juice and zest from one lime

    Method: mix all ingredients in a bowl
