Jerk Lobster Recipes

 

Jerk Lobster

Ingredients

  • 1 Medium Lobster Cooked
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Garlic
  • 3 stalks Scallion Finely Chopped
  • 2 tsp Thyme Fresh
  • 3 tbsp Hill's Jamaican Jerk Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 slice Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp Ginger Fresh/Minced
  • 8 oz White Wine
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add lobster, jerk sauce, scallion, thyme, garlic, Worcestershire and gently mix in all over lobster. Heat butter in a frying pan then add all the bowl ingredients. Add wine, lime juice, ginger and toss or mix around ensuring lobster cooked about 6-7 minutes. Add salt & pepper to taste.
